This personal documentary retraces the journey of the director's grandfather during the war and the six months of existence of the reception center for deportees located in the Hotel Lutetia. Through photographs, unpublished interviews, readings and images shot at the Lutetia during the works, the film evokes the return of the deportees and the relationship that witnesses have with their experience in the camps. Despite a historical subject, the treatment is experimental: no dates, no figures, no archives. The stake is to project the spectator in 1945 and to give him to feel what the deportees and the reception staff lived.
